Cindy holds a BA in Ceramics and Education from Washington University in St. Louis. Cindy worked as a public school art teacher for 15 years. Cindy is a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church and loves spending time with her grandkids.
Gredel has been a part of the Montessori community for over 10 years. She took the Infant & Toddler Teacher certification in 2012 to be a lead teacher after many years of assisting both in the Infant and Toddler rooms and Early Childhood room. In 2012, she took over the Toddler 2 room here at SAES. Currently, she is the co-lead teacher in the Toddler 1 class and the Nursery Coordinator at Unity of Houston where she oversees the Nursery of children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old, and the Pre-K 3 & 4 year old classes. Gredel likes spending time with her daughter and family. In her spare time, she like to make jewelry, gardening, shopping, or simply relaxing at home.
Monica holds an AMS Infant/Toddler Credential and has worked in Montessori environments for 10 years. She is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education at San Jacinto College. In her spare time, Monica likes to read books, crafting, shopping and spending time with her family.
Father Jimmy Grace
Jimmy is a native Houstonian. He graduated from Episcopal High School in 1994 and went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Art History at Southwestern University at Georgetown, Texas. Jimmy served as Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries at Trinity Episcopal Church, Houston, from 1999 until 2002. He then began studies at Virginia Theological Seminary, where he graduated in 2005. He was ordained into the Episcopal Church that same year, and served as Associate Rector at Epiphany, Houston from 2005 to 2010. During this time he was also President of the Board for Epiphany Community Health Outreach Services (ECHOS). In 2010, Jimmy accepted a call to serve as Canon for Formation and Worship at Christ Church Cathedral, Houston. Following four years of service there, in 2015 Jimmy accepted a call to serve as Rector of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Houston. Jimmy is married to his wife Marla and they have three sons, James, William, and Henry.
Heidi holds a Bachelors in Music Education/Choral Music Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. Since 2005, she has taught music to grades Pre-K through 6th in both public and private schools. Heidi began her preschool teaching adventures at St. Andrew’s in 2015. She is a certified Music Together® teacher and brought the program to the school. Heidi is also certified in the Orff Approach and enjoys teaching older children through this process. Heidi loves spending time with her husband, two children, family and friends, taking photos, outdoor activities, singing, making music, and doing crafts and puzzles with her children.

Debbie holds a BBA in International Business from Stephen F. Austin State University. Prior to working at SAES, she volunteered in the school while her son attended here. Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband, son, family and friends.
Lead Teacher Early Childhood
Martha has over 9 years of teaching experience and holds an Early Childhood certification from North American Montessori Center. In her spare time, Martha enjoys spending time with her kids and scrapbooking.
Byron was born in the city of Guatemala in Central America. There, he attended college earning an accountant degree. He began his career as a Mathematics professor. He also is certified in carpentry and as a shoemaker. Then he arrived in the United States in New York City, where he worked as a laboratory assistant in the NYU Hospital in Manhattan. He then achieved his high school equivalency diploma. Years later, he moved to Florida where he became a U.S. citizen and had his own landscaping business. He moved to Houston where he also got certified as an electrician. He was blessed by the Lord, and found this great job and loves being a part of both the St. Andrew’s church and school.
Elsa Estrella Reymundo
Elsa holds a AMS infant and toddler credential and has worked in Montessori environments since 2008. She is currently attending the University of Houston pursuing her BA in Bilingual Education. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and her two cocker spaniels, traveling, photography, reading, karaoke and visiting national parks.
Head of School
Nancy holds a B.S. and M.S. in Education and Counseling from the University of North Texas and is currently enrolled in the Master of Liberal Studies program at Rice University. She has over 25 years of experience in Education and is a member of St.Andrew's Episcopal Church.
Teacher Early Childhood
Tuan holds a BS in Education from the University of Houston and is certified in Elementary Education and as a Montessori Assistant. In her spare time Tuan enjoys spending time with her family.
Lead Teacher Toddler II
Christa holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development and AMS Infant/Toddler Montessori Certification from Lone Star College. She is also certified in Afterschool Management. Christa has 23 years of early childhood education experience, including 8 years of Montessori teaching.
